Full-color facsimile of a manuscript book of hours produced in Tours, France around 1485. The Briçonnet Hours are named for Guillaume Briçonnet, their probable patron, and feature 25 full-page illuminations by the artist Jean Poyer. The manuscript is preserved at the Teylers Museum, Haarlem, under the shelfmark Ms. 78.
Commentary has title: Das Briçonnet-Stundenbuch: Ms. 78, Haarlem, Teylers Museum.
Commentary includes contributions by Pierre-Gilles Girault, Mara Hofmann, Christine Seidel, and Roger S. Wieck.
