Between 1950 and 2000, SEA (Schapira Eskenazi Arquitectos), SEM or SEL, was mainly dedicated to the design, real estate management and construction of apartment buildings. Composed in its core by the marriage of Abraham Schapira Spaisky (Valparaíso, Chile 1922-2016) and Raquel Eskenazi Rodrich (Piura, Peru 1926-2012,) and by a series of partners that were happening over time: Leon Messina (1966 to 1978), Mario Lifschitz (1978 to 1981 and 1984 to 2000) and Pedro Iribarne (1980 to 1983), SEA defines his work as ''purely commercial, but always worthy and of high quality in terms of design and finishing'' which ended up being its brand in the real estate market. This book tells in 4 parts the history of this office through the voice of Abraham Schapira and his professional memories. Includes a selection of 10 emblematic works, with emphasis on the sixties.
