"General view of history of painting in Honduras concentrates on the 20th century, with emphasis on contemporary artists. Due to the scarcity of material about the subject in Central American countries, book is definitely welcome, more as a reference for the current situation than as a serious study. Bibliography is poor, and the sources documenting factual information are flawed which perhaps explains historic inaccuracies and errors of interpretation.
