Angeli (ordering urban renewal of an area to be called after the pope), and (p. [11-46], the primary purpose of the volume) the Bulla confirmationis iurisdictionis et facultatum dominorum Magistrorum Viarum; both bulls are dated 23 Aug. 1565, and the orders for their public display, 5 Dec. 1565.
