Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy halfbound by Robert Riviere in brown goatskin and marbled papers. The armorial bookplate of William Holgate is present on the front pastedown and that of the Barton Library on the rear. The ink stamp of Jon Ker, 3rd Duke of Roxburghe, is present on the title page verso. A ca. 19th-century bibliographical inscription is present on the title page. Leaf A1 (signed blank) is wanting.
