Collation: [unsigned, 1-16¹²]; 192 leaves, pp. [1-5] 6-12 [13] 14-16 [2 unc.] 17-58 [2 unc.] 59-112 [2 unc.] 113-126 [2 unc.] 127-371 [372-376] + frontispiece. The uncounted pages consist of integral leaves with an illustration on one side, the other side blank except for rules; the remainder of the illustrations are printed on one side of unnumbered leaves included in the pagination count. The frontispiece is a single leaf printed on heavier paper
