Work Description

Why reveal the architecture of the people especially the architecture of the archipelago? Because in fact, almost of all knowledge of the architecture educated to students around the world today is based on sciencewhich is very Eurocentric.

Studying Architecture Nusantara is an effort reach again an equilibrium, to re-start the crippled state. This kind of study is very strategic because the essence value of justice, transendentality, humanity, togetherness in web of life, the harmony of human life and nature, and the concept of natural beauty sought by postmodern studies, turned out to actually exist in the cultural area of Nusantara archipelago.
