Subject: Excellent Account
Subject: Excellent Account
Viewed by the English naval historian H. W. Wilson, as the best account of naval operations in the 1882 Egyptian campaign, and of the naval bombardment of Alexandria, this is an extremely valuable volume. It is loaded with information on the British military of the time, and is profusely illustrated with drawings, maps, and photographs. A must for Victorian-Era students.
