Wonderful book with traditional recipes and explanations about how some of them are used for health, and also how hey can be related with family stories or else. A book with a beautiful insight of Korean cooking under different aspects.
Such a pity that it's not printed anymore.... because this is an amazing and heartful work which shows how cooking can be much more meaningful than adding components and mix them together. :)
