Volume 1 is known to exist in at least three editions and v. 2 in at least two editions: in this edition, v. 1 has printer's statement "S. Gosnell, Printer, Little Queen Street" onverso of t.p. and v. 2 has printer's statement "Coe, Printer, 10, Little Carter Lane, St. Paul's" on t.p. verso.

Imprint varies: v. 4: London: Published for the proprietors by W. Clarke ... J. Carpenter ... and Sherwood, Neely, andJones ...; v. 5-10: London: Published for the proprietors by W. Clarke ... J. Carpenter ... C. Chapple ... J.M. Richardson ... and Sherwood, Neely, and Jones.
