Describes 63 collections of manuscripts in private and monastic libraries of Belgium. Originally intended to be issued in 5 parts, embracing 125 collections in all. A list of the 62 uncatalogued libraries is given in the author's Bibliotheca sacra-profana (Bruges, 1657) cf. Bibliotheca belgica.
