"This book was undertaken as a cooperative venture of the photographer, B. A. King ... and the printers, Harold Hugo and Roderick Stinehour, who also wrote the text. The captions under the photographs were written by Stephen Harvard. Fine screen duotone halftones were made and printed by offset lithography at The Meriden Gravure Company. Typesetting was done at The Stinehour Press in Monotype Baskerville"--Colophon.
