Authorship has been attributed to a group including J.A. Comenius and Adam Hartman--Cf. Matthew Spinka, John Amos Comenius .. New York [1967] p. 158 no. 27 ("Comenius was not the sole author. The Czech edition [was] prepared by one of the collaborators, Hartmann...")--Cf. LC in NUC(pre-56) (NH 0149735) for statement dismissing Comenius.
