The use of canonical correlation to combine information from biological testing systems is discussed. A graphical procedure to combine results from biological test systems is proposed. Results are presented of analyses of data from health screens to monitor the health status of medaka used in toxicological studies. A statistical model that incorporates a non-ignorable missing data mechanism is proposed to study the effect of leukocrit values which are not measurable.
