Volume contains Pedro's letter to John VI announcing his acclamation as Emperor of Brazil, the decree establishing the Brazilian national flag, the acta da Aclamącão," a proclamation by D. Pedro on October 21, 1822, a decree denoting the national colors, and the "Ata de Vereącão Extraordinaria de 10 de Octubbro de 1822."
