Edition Notes

"Text was hand set at Stamperia Valdonega. The first poem has been printed at Wild Carrot Letterpress, the second poem printed at Stamperia Valdonega, and the last poem at Heritage Printers ... The lithographs were printed at Trestle Editoins ... The design is by Benjamin Shiff ... This edition consists of three presentations. The first being seven hundred and fifty bound copies, numbered 1-750, signed on the colophon by the artist and the poet. The second consists of fifty folios of the lithographs without text collé to Arches paper, each lithograph signed by the artist and numbered 1/50-50/50. The third consists of twenty portfolios having the complete text printed on Arches, the lithographs collé to the sheet bearing the appropriate facing text, with each sheet containing a lithograph signed by the artist and numbered I/XX-XX/XX"--Colophon.

Signed by the author and the artist.

Issued in dropback box.

LC has copy no. 1 in dropback box, with prospectus (no. 553, Sept. 1988) of Limited Editions Club laid in.

Acquired as part of an archival set from the publisher in 2008.
