The titlepage to vol.1 is dated 1718; the titlepage to vol.2 reads 'M. T. Ciceronis de oratore and Q. Fratrem dialogi,' and is dated 1714; the titlepage to vol.3 reads 'M. T. Ciceronis liber de claris oratoribus, qui dicitur Brutus.', and is dated 1716.

vols.2, 3 were also issued separately.

Vol.1 was also issued separately with a different titlepage reading 'M. T. Ciceronis rhetorica, .. edidit Jacobus Proust, .. ', Oxford 1718.
