We fought wrong fight

a historical novel

The book shows the euphoria and great optimism that inspired the struggle for independence as a result of the inhuman conditions in which the native Zambians lived and worked under the British colonial rule. However, the post- independence period, as the book shows in number of ways, far from fulfilling the hopes of the people has mainly been a time of disillusionment. And the so the book demonstrates that what has gone wrong, even worse, in the independent Zambia like in many other African countries, is rooted in the wrong fight for independence. There any African country should start to correct in order to improve the livelihood of the people.
