About the Book
Only book of its kind that covers the cleanup of military weapons dumps, training ranges, and the contamination that stems from these sites world wide. The first edition made the Science Best Seller List. The second edition expands the knowledge base with more on underwater disposals and range sites which contaminate seafood and kill coral reefs. Special attention is paid to marine environments like the Great Lakes, North Sea, and Chesapeake Bay which tend to concentrate pollution. Book lists all known explosive and chemical weapons contaminants as well as nuclear disposals.
