Published 1720 by printed for John Clarke, 1641. With an answer to the whole, printed in the same year, and both reprinted in London .

Pp.13-24 contain 'An answer to Mr. Forde's book, entitled, A design' etc., by Sir Walter Roberts, with a separate titlepage bearing the imprint "Printed at London, 1641. And reprinted Anno. 1720", but continuous register.
