The letter, signed by Charles Cotesworth Pinckney, John Marshall and Elbridge Gerry, warns of French intentions to privateer neutral ships bearing English cargo; and transmits: Message of the Executive Directory to the Council of Five Hundred, of the 15th Nivose, 6th year, (4th January, 1798.)
