Floyd Thomas Pratt F.H.C., M.A.G.I. and his Musical Compositions
11 items | Last modified August 13, 2016This list consists of songs, which have survived since 1965. Mr. Pratt has written and composed over 200 songs including a musical play on the life of John The Baptist. These songs are rough cut, original productions void of modern day equipment or technologies. Loaded with errors and recording mishaps, we are lucky they have survived even in the poor condition as presented here. Pay particular attention to the melodic words and insights Mr. Pratt displays in his compositions, always provoking interesting discussions. Mr. Pratt's favorite song out of his collection is Metamorphosis. Mistakes, errors and just poorly produced notwithstanding, we need to be reminded these songs as they are presented were rough cuts and not to be released for public consumption. As time permits, Mr. Pratt may be able to "update" these songs using modern day equipment if his health permits.

View From the Mast…
25 items | Last modified March 7, 2016Over the years I have found it necessary to write articles concerning observations of family history or what I call personal artifacts. These reports, articles and short stories are contained in this section labeled…View From the Mast. Having a unique perspective from the top of the mast on the sailing ship of discovery, I have sailed through the waters of research for the last 38 years. These articles were designed to bring to the attention of family historians some unusual details I have witnessed during my voyage.
