I am building an Index of freely available eBooks (or 'e-Books' if you prefer) on Irish Genealogy located at as wide a range of sites as I can find. The emphasis is on published family histories, pedigrees, clans and septs with over 1,100 found so far. In addition, the site also lists many history books of various types - church, military, nobility, legal; over 200 books on local history and 280 on general Irish history. The genealogist will find 250 almanacs and directories; nearly 400 individual biographies and 200 compilations; 240 books on the Irish Diaspora to browse through; not to mention the featured eBook of the Month!
