Differs from the 266-page impression, a copy of which was deposited for copyright Apr. 18, 1904, by the inclusion of an extra leaf, paged 177-178 and containing recipes calling for Horlick's malted milk as an ingredient, and by the repaging of all subsequent pages, and by the inclusion of an advertisement for Horlick's among the advertising at the end. The colors of the binding also differ in LC copies
