Includes Nutritional Information aa well as some common diseases; descriptions, symptoms and herbal remedies. The herbal section is excellent, and most of the herbs are easy to find and the recipes are easy to use. Very easy to read and understand. If you were to read only one book this year on healing with herbs, this one should be your choice!
