Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy halfbound in tan morocco and marbled papers. The title is stamped in gilt on the spine. The armorial bookplate of William Holgate is present on the front pastedown and that of the Barton Library is present on the rear. The ink stamp of Jon Ker, third Duke of Roxburghe, is present on the recto of B1. Marginalia, in pencil, is present throughout the catalog.
