Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy G.3976.49 halfbound in early black painted morocco and gray paper. The title is stamped in gilt along the spine. The armorial bookplate of the Barton Library is present on the front pastedown. An early Greek inscription is present on the title page and a similar inscription, in pencil, is present at the head of F2 recto. An early manuscript correction is present on I1 verso. In this copy, K2 verso begins with "As when she".

Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy G.3976.50 halfbound in early maroon painted morocco and marbled paper. The title is stamped in gilt along the spine. The armorial bookplate of the Barton Library is present on the front pastedown. Leaves A1 and A4 are wanting, here replaced in ca. 18th-century pen facsimile on laid paper. An additional manuscript leaf is inserted before A2 containing a list of "persons represented" on its recto. The autograph of Thomas Yeates, in a ca. 17th-century hand, is present on B1 recto. This copy contains the typographical peculiarity ascribed by the ESTC to an early variant state of K2.
