Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in early red morocco panelled in gilt floral stamps with the super-ex-libris of an unidentified clergyman (galero with six tassles per side over an escutcheon containing sailboats and crowned eagles quarterly). The doublures are of green silk. An ink stamp with the number 34488 is present on the front flyleaf, and the ink stamp of the Library appears on the frontispiece. The perforation stamp of the same is present on the title page.
