Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy is halfbound in maroon painted sheepskin and curl marbled paper over boards. The armorial bookplate of William Holgate is present on the front pastedown and that of the Barton Library is at the rear. The front flyleaf contains a manuscript table of contents for the volume.
