About the Edition

Author Umut Ozturk was born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1977. He moved to America in 1990 at the age of twelve. Mr. Ozturk is from Biloxi and the graduate of Biloxi High School in 1995. Mr. Ozturk received his B.A. in Speech Communications from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2000. America hates Me But I Still Love Her! is a splendid tale of a young immigrant coming to America at an early age and adapting to a new society. Author Umut Ozturk brings in fifteen years of his life in America and show us ups and down of being a foreigner in this great country of ours.
