Circular letter lithographed on one side with calligraphic text.
States: "I am directed by the Executive Committee to inform you that they are desirous to place among the statistical records of the Exhibition the total value of the Contents of this Building, and to ask you to have the goodness to furnish one, as early as convenient, with an Estimate, on the annexed Form, of the total value of the Articles which you Exhibit The Executive Committee propose also to collect Copies in duplicate of all Price Lists and Trade Circulars issued by Exhibitors, and would be glad to receive from you any that you may have published, or any list that you may think it right to prepare in M.S. for the occasion ...".
