Hargrave's work was brought to completion, eventually in 1788 by Charles Butler.

Catchword of the notes p.6: Fued; variant: catchword of the notes on p.6: further.

In later issues the original titlepage is cancelled; a new titlepage and preliminaries, here bound before the section edited by Butler, are substituted.

The final leaf contains errata and directions to the binder.
