Little Kay is a pre-op ftm who decides to work for a king called the Sultan in his castle. However, the Sultan suspects little Kay may not be a cisboy, and prudently sets up many tasks to reveal the true gender of Kay. He's unsuccessful in many tasks he tries to apply at first, revealing Kay to be stronger than any of the knights he has. But he then applies the adam's apple test, and finds that Kay is not an actual cisboy among the other knights. But then danger ensues, and little Kay bails out the Sultan again, and rescues the princess, as the little boy that could, Kay, marries his princess to live happily ever after.
