The fact is people bought more Breckenridge real estate house than they could afford. Packaging and loans do not add up to a hill of beans unless you buy the Breckenridge house. IF you BUY you should pay. Period end of story don't whine and deflect the and blame someone else. You signed the line to BUY THE HOUSE. Step up to the plate and pay or get out! Bad advice. Work with the real estate lender or you'll end up with liens against your wages. If they can't sell the house to cover the loan and Breckenridge foreclosure costs you have to pay the difference. Tell the breckenridge real estate lender your situation and tell them you want to stay in the house and see what they offer.There is no free lunch! If this happens prices will comeback to breckenridge REALITY and the status quo will be met.
I like the idea of debates jail. If you can't pay go to jail my tax dollars support that, and not your bank loans. Then you will not be making anymore stupid purchases!
