Writing style

The main characteristic of Prem Bajpai's writings is his interesting story-telling and use of simple language. His novels describe the problems & changes of life. What distinguished him was his manner of creating a social interest in the script through actual incidents on one hand, as well as imagination on the other hand thereby creating a curosity in the readers mind as to what shall happen next. He avoided the use of highly typical Hindi (as is the common practice among Hindi writers), and used the dialect of the common people. Prem Bajpai called literature a work that expresses the truths and experiences of life impressively.
