Edward W. Jones

1947 -

Ed Jones thrives in business environments that use his exceptional ability to identify organizational problems and opportunities, build consensus between diverse teams needed to support complex business processes, and organize solutions to deliver and maximize rock solid business results.

Ed has broad experience as a Line Manager, Human Resources Executive, Training Professional and entrepreneur across 4 industries. He has managed and provided leadership to large diverse workgroups, published numerous articles, spoken publicly, and published a book, all focused on Human Resource, Training Management, and Process Improvement topics. Ed has worked in, consulted with and presented executive level workshops at Fortune 100 companies.

Ed holds a Master’s Degrees in Organizational Management, is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a vendor certified Master Trainer in 3 internationally used management development curriculum.

Ed was most recently VP, Project Management and before that, VP, Learning and Development for Macy’s Merchandising Group. He has also managed Communications, Employee Relations Recognition Activities and Diversity.

Ed’s passion is achieving measurable business results from Human Resource Development.

Ed lives with his wife, Carolyn, near their “grown” children in Stroudsburg, PA. He relaxes by restoring and driving Alfa Romeo 60’s cars, with a passion for the Duetto.
