Tony Gillen

November 29 1946 -

Tony Gillen is an expert in selling and delivering customer service. his forty-year career as salesman, manager, business owner, consultant, and author make him one of the best sources to help individuals and teams increase their knowledge, hone their skills and review their attitudes. His "Selling Through Customer Service" is still being used and applied to great effect. He co-founded The Centre of Applied Business Coaching. He wrote the very successful "Coaching Skills Activity Pack" to enable managers and team leaders to empower their team members to perform at their best and to achieve their business and team goals. Both works are available from Fenman Publishing (www.fenman.co.uk) His latest book "Getting on the Upside of Hurricanes" became an instant success - 1 Man 4 Hurricanes, 358 Ways to Handle Storm and Flood - and is available in paperback from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Borders and Tesco. A great story and even greater advice this book will have you laughing out loud before it empowers and inspires the reader preparing for any kind of natural disaster - but chiefly, storm and flood. Bulk purchases are handsomely discounted - contact Tony at Tony@UpsideofHurricanes.com or go to his website www.TonyGillen.org
