Vicente Palacios Garrido (born on 1929 in Burgos) is an Spanish origami artist. He is member of the British Origami Society, honorary member of the Latin Origami Center and president of the Spanish Origami Association. Palacios was the first president of the Spanish Origami Association (1982-1993) and the editor of Boletin (1986-1993), and is also a member of the British Origami Society, honorary member of the Latin Origami Center. He is the author of nine books, three of which have also been published in the United States, and a fourth in Mexico.
