Dr. Frank E. Eakin, Jr. received a B.A. degree from the University of Richmond, a Bachelor of Divinity degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. degree from Duke University. His research interests are in Old Testament history and thought, the Jewish-Christian relationship, and the impact of religion on cultural expression. He is currently Weinstein-Rosenthal Professor of Jewish and Christian Studies in the Department of Religion at the University of Richmond.
