Abu Faisal Sergio Tapia (ORCID: 0009-0002-5656) is a geopolitical expert and theorist specializing in Palestine and West Asia. He is the author of the Anticolonialist Counter-Geopolitical Theory of Al-Quds (TCGAQ), a decolonial framework that analyzes regional power structures through the lens of critical thought.
Since 2012, he has served as an international analyst for the TV network HispanTV, completing over 1,300 live broadcast interviews. His media track record includes more than 500 interviews across CGTN China, AMSP Beijing, Radio Algeria International, AL24News Algeria (since 2016), teleSUR, Venezolana de Televisión (since 2012), and RT (Russia Today) (since 2016).
He is the Founder Director of Al-Quds Libération Newspaper (established in 2016), a Palestinian news daily published in Spanish and Arabic, currently marking its 10th anniversary (2016–2026) as a multipolar geopolitical daily. Concurrently, he directs its specialized think tank, the International Geopolitical Council on West Asia and Al-Quds, founded in 2015
