About the Book

A tiny girl and her brother live in a garden with their grandpa. The family lives in a garden under the flowers using a watering can and flowerpots for shelter. A teacup makes a fine washing machine and the children use a comb to reach the top of their teaspoon slide.
One day while climbing to the top of a flower they see a giant girl with her dog. Stuck in the dog’s paw is grandpa’s umbrella. The brother and sister head out that night to retrieve their grandfather’s umbrella from the giant girl’s house.

The pictures are important in this book to emphasize the fanciful world of these tiny people. While the “giant” looks like a human girl, the tiny family has elfish feature and antennae on top of their head.

If you like the world of tiny people you will love this cute, short story with clever pictures to emphasize their life!
