Edition Notes

Reproduced from the British museum copy of the original edition (Brit. mus. 643. c. 4, 1620[?]) the lower margin of which has been so closely trimmed as "to render it uncertain whether the date reads '1620' or '1630'." cf. Pref. The Library of Congress copy which corresponds with the facsimile in every respect, has imprint intact, bearing date 1639.

Variously ascribed, on insufficient evidence, to R. Davenport, T. Barker, and T. Drue.

Original title: The bloodie banqvet. A tragedie ... By T.D. London Printed by Thomas Cotes. 1639.

Interleaved.
