In Latin; the texts are partly old Latin versions or, prevalently, 16th-cent. translations by Henricus Agylaeus or Ennemond de Bonnefoy of legislation originally issued in Greek.
The Apostolic canons announced on the t.p. are not included.
"Imperatoris Leonis Augusti novellae constitutiones, aut correctoriae legum repurgationes" (leaves 36b-98a) has 113 laws (from the Basilica?).
"Imperatoriae constitutiones, Enimundo Bonefidio interprete" (leaves 98b-131b): apparently the Latin texts from book 1 of Bonnefoy's bilingual compilation published in 1573 with title Tou Anatolikou nomimou biblia 3 = Iuris orientalis libri III.
Device on t.p.: Serpent wound around anchor.
