Listed as an imitation of William Combe's Tour of Doctor Syntax in: Hamilton, Harlan W. Doctor Syntax. London, 1969.
"Printed by J. M'Gowan and Son." According to Todd, and Wakeman, this form of the name was not used until 1828.
