David Bogue active until 1857 (cf. British Book Trade Index, on line); imprints of "Kent & Co., (late D. Bogue)" first appear unconjectured in OCLC the same year.
Rare Book copy: Bound as a set with three other works in circa 1900 collectors' binding, with original color-printed wrappers and some publishers' advertisements bound in: Horace Mayhue, Model Women and Children ([London]: D. Bogue, [1848]); Albert Smith, Ballet Girl (London: Kent & Co., (late D. Bogue), [not before 1857]); and Albert Smith, Evening Parties (London: Kent & Co., (late D. Bogue), [not before 1857]).
