The photogravure plates were made at the plant of Jon Goodman, Florence, Massachusetts, and printed under his direction by Benjamin Spencer & Rosemary Kress. The binding was carried out at the home of Sarah Provoncha, New Haven, Connecticut, with Oakdale, Griffen & Twinrocker handmade papers. Fifty copies have been numbered 1 through 50.
