First Edition (only edition), bound in orange cloth with black stamping on spine and front cover, with a black stamped image of Seckatary Hawkins head and signature on the front cover which also has a black stamped border. Most copies were issued without a dust jacket but a few are known to exist, the source of the jackets is somewhat of a mystery.
