MASS copy: Bound in green horizontal dot-and-line grain cloth blocked in blind with the spine blocked in gold; t.e. stained brown. With endpapers painted brown. With bookseller's embossed stamp: "W. H. Smith & Son Library 186 Strand". With ownership label: "Mr. Benjamin C. Marshall.".
