History of Kent County Maryland produced as a school textbook ca. 1915. The Usiltons were a newspaper family in the county and the book draws heavily on material that appeared in the Kent News, etc. through the late 1800s.
NOTE: The book is not well-sourced and contains a large number of errors. Don't depend on this book as a sole source.
A later edition was issued by William Usilton which grafted more chapters onto the original. It too contains material which may not be verifiable.
