Victi Resurgunt—'The conquered shall arise again!'—is a pamphlet of "fugitive" patriotic and war verse written by Philadelphia poet Florence Earle Coates (1850-1927). The poems were originally published in various periodicals and texts between the years 1915 and 1922, and are now in the public domain. They have been compiled and organized by Sonja N. Bohm and presented in pamphlet form in a similar manner to Mrs. Coates’ pamphlet of war verse, Pro Patria, which was published privately in Philadelphia in 1917 in support of American involvement in World War One.
